Children’s rain suit with double zipper.



There are three ways to input your measurements:


1. You can fill in your measurements in the table below.
2. You can select your ready-to-wear size.
3. After selecting your ready-to-wear size, you can adjust your measurements. This is useful if you have extra long arms or legs, for example.

Receive your pattern:


You can receive your pattern in AO or A4 format.

A4 format:


If you want to print the pattern yourself at home using a standard printer, choose A4. You will receive the pattern as a PDF file directly in your email.
Print the A4 pattern at true size and without margins. Note: when printing your pattern in A4 format, the control line must be exactly 5 centimeters long.

A0 format:


If you choose AO format, you will receive the pattern as a PDF file directly in your email.
You can also have the pattern printed by me on A0 paper and have it sent to you. There are no costs for printing, but there will be shipping costs. Shipping to the Netherlands costs €4.70. Shipping to Belgium costs €5.99.

Needed: Softshell, about 1.5 meters depending on your size, and cuff fabric 50 centimeters. Elastic 3 cm wide, cord, fusible interfacing, eyelets, cord stoppers, zipper, length depending on the measurements you enter.

Cut the pattern Cut the cuffs from the cuff fabric. 1. Stitch the front of the pants together, starting from the bottom (A against B), up to the line.
2. Stitch the pockets (N) onto the front of the pants (B) and sew them through.
3. Stitch the back of the pocket (O) to the front of the pocket (N).
4. Stitch the inseam and outseam together.
5. Stitch the crotch seam and sew through it.
6. Stitch the shoulder seams and side seams of the front piece (H) and back piece (I) together.
7. Stitch the sleeves in place. Pin and sew the sleeves to the body.
8. Fold the pant leg cuffs and sleeve cuffs in half and sew them through.
9. Stitch the pant leg cuffs onto the pant legs.
10. Stitch the sleeve cuffs onto the sleeves.
11. Stitch the hip bands together.
12. Stitch the hip bands onto the pants, leaving a 1 cm margin.
13. Stitch the front piece (G) to the pants. Use the other piece of (G) as facing.
14. Stitch the hip bands onto the upper body and facing, leaving a 1 cm margin.
15. Thread the elastic through the hip band and stitch the ends in place.
16. Stitch the 2 pieces of the hood together.
17. Iron a piece of fusible interfacing onto the back of the hood where the eyelet for the cord should go. Now create a hole and install an eyelet.
18. Stitch the hem of the hood closed.
19. Stitch the zippers between the front pieces and the facing of the upper body. Leave 1 cm space at the top.
20. Stitch the hood between the front pieces and the facing along the neck.
21. Secure the facing to the shoulder seams by hand.
