4. Stitch the inside leg seams together.
5. Sew the crotch seam and topstitch it as well.
6. Stitch the shoulder seams of the front and back pieces together.
7. Stitch the sleeves at the shoulder seams.
8. Pin the seam of the sleeves and body. Stitch the seam of the body and sleeves together in one go.
9. Fold the trouser leg cuffs and sleeve cuffs in half and topstitch them.
10. Measure and cut the length of the elastic around your wrists and ankles. You need 3 pieces of elastic per edge
11. Stitch the elastic in place so that it becomes a circle and fold it between the border.
12. Stitch the border and fold the next elastic in between.
13. Stitch the pant leg cuffs to the pant legs.
14. Baste and gather the sleeves, then pin and stitch the cuffs to the sleeves.
15. Iron a piece of interfacing onto the back of the hood, where the cord nesting ring should go. Now make a hole and drive a nesting ring through it.
16. Stitch bias tape along the edge of the hood, right sides together. Thread the cord through the nesting rings and then stitch the bias tape in place.
17. Stitch a zipper between the front panels and the facing of the upper body. Leave 1 centimeter of space at the top.
18. Stitch the hood between the front panels and the facing along the neck.
19. Secure the facing against the shoulder seams by hand.
20. Stitch the hip edges to the bottom of the torso.
21. Measure and cut the length of the elastic pieces around your waist. You will need 4 pieces of elastic
22. Stitch the elastic in place so that it becomes a circle and fold it between the border.
23. Sew the border closed after each piece of elastic, at 1.5 cm.
24. Now sew the collar to the trousers.
