You can enter your measurements in three ways

2. Select your clothing size.
3. After selecting your clothing size, you can adjust your measurements. This is useful if you have longer arms or legs, for example.

Receiving your pattern

You can receive your pattern in A0 or A4 format.

A4 format

If you want to print the pattern at home on a regular printer, choose A4. You will receive the pattern as a PDF file directly in your email.
Print the A4 pattern at actual size and without margins. The control line must measure exactly 5 centimeters.

A0 format

If you choose A0 format, you will receive the pattern as a PDF file directly in your email.
You can also have me print the pattern on A0 paper and ship it to you.

Needed: Jogging fabric, about 2.5 meters depending on your measurements. Both the suit and the cuffs are made of sweatshirt fabric. Elastic 0.6 cm wide, cord, interfacing, nesting rings, cord stoppers, zipper (front length (H)), bias tape 3 cm wide.

1. Stitch the front of the pants together (A to B).
2. Stitch the pockets to the front and back of the pants (K to back and J to front).
3. Stitch the outside leg seams of the pants together. Immediately sew the pockets together.
4. Stitch the inside leg seams together.
5. Sew the crotch seam and topstitch it as well.
6. Stitch the shoulder seams of the front and back pieces together.
7. Stitch the sleeves at the shoulder seams.
8. Pin the seam of the sleeves and body. Stitch the seam of the body and sleeves together in one go.
9. Fold the trouser leg cuffs and sleeve cuffs in half and topstitch them.
10. Measure and cut the length of the elastic around your wrists and ankles. You need 3 pieces of elastic per edge
11. Stitch the elastic in place so that it becomes a circle and fold it between the border.
12. Stitch the border and fold the next elastic in between.
13. Stitch the pant leg cuffs to the pant legs.
14. Baste and gather the sleeves, then pin and stitch the cuffs to the sleeves.
15. Iron a piece of interfacing onto the back of the hood, where the cord nesting ring should go. Now make a hole and drive a nesting ring through it.
16. Stitch bias tape along the edge of the hood, right sides together. Thread the cord through the nesting rings and then stitch the bias tape in place.
17. Stitch a zipper between the front panels and the facing of the upper body. Leave 1 centimeter of space at the top.
18. Stitch the hood between the front panels and the facing along the neck.
19. Secure the facing against the shoulder seams by hand.
20. Stitch the hip edges to the bottom of the torso.
21. Measure and cut the length of the elastic pieces around your waist. You will need 4 pieces of elastic
22. Stitch the elastic in place so that it becomes a circle and fold it between the border.
23. Sew the border closed after each piece of elastic, at 1.5 cm.
24. Now sew the collar to the trousers.
